PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a method of gold plating that is relatively new in the jewelry industry. This technique gives our jewelry a beautiful golden finish with a high shine, as well as increased wearability, corrosion and scratch resistance.

No. Our jewelry will not tarnish or turn your skin green. Unlike other gold plated jewelry that is often made from brass or copper alloys that are highly corrosive and irritating to the skin, we utilize stainless steel.

Yes. Our stainless steel jewelry is nickel, lead, and cadmium-free, so it's safe for sensitive skin and ears. Although, if you have a severe allergy, solid gold jewelry will be your best option.

Yes. You can wear your jewelry every single day, even while you swim, sweat, and shower. If you swim in the pool or the ocean, we suggest rinsing your jewelry with fresh water afterward to remove chlorine and salt buildup, then thoroughly drying. We do not recommend wearing pieces with cubic zirconia settings in water as the water could potentially cause the stones to lift or loosen.

There are two different methods that you can use to find your ring size. Our Ring Sizing Guide has step by step instructions. We do not carry half sizes in rings, so we suggest sizing up if you are between sizes. 

Yes. Our Stay Golden promise is a 1-year warranty that protects your jewelry against any signs of tarnishing or discolouration. If this does occur, we will replace the item with the same item or another item of your choosing of equal or lesser value. Read about our Stay Golden Promise here.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 CAD (before taxes and discounts) and will be applied automatically for you at checkout.

No. We do not currently offer local pickup.

We are a Canadian company, therefore any orders shipping internationally may be subject to additional duties and taxes starting on April 2, 2025. These fees are visible at checkout and are included in your order total. There are no additional duties on Canadian orders.

No. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they are placed. We work hard to fulfill and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Please make sure to apply any discount codes prior to placing your order as we are unable to adjust this once your order has been placed.
